Once you submit your details, you'll be able to upload artwork if you choose to do so now. Alternatively, click the Design Your Own button to be taken to our online Coaster Designer where you'll be able to create your very own custom coasters and pay for your order. If you used our Coaster Designer, you'll see a digital proof of your order on screen, otherwise we'll send you a pdf proof before we move your order into production. Once your order has been produced we'll ship it out, right to your doorstep! Custom quotes are also available.

What is the minimum order quantity for Custom Coasters?

Our minimum order quantity for offset-printed Custom Coasters starts at 1,200 coasters. Digitally-printed Short Run Coaster Coasters ordered through our Coaster Designer start at quantities as low as 25 coasters.

Are there any special print considerations to be aware of?

Elements close to the edge of the coaster may shift in position during production. Please keep any position sensitive content inside the safe area (dashed line). 25-500 coaster orders are printed digitally giving a glossier finish. Orders of 1,200 or more are printed with a matte finish.Be careful to scale or extend your artwork beyond the solid line as much as possible if you don't want any background showing.

What should the resolution of my images be?

For best results, we recommend images that are 300dpi or higher. Low resolution images can be used, but this may result in reduced print quality.

Will I have a chance to review my artwork before ordering?

You will receive a pdf proof for final approval before we move your order into production.

When will my order ship?

When ordering Custom Coasters, your order should ship in about two weeks. Please note, pick up is not available when choosing a shipping method.

How could tariffs affect my order/pricing?
