We've all heard that "everything is bigger in Texas". Sure, that gets tossed around a lot, but there is much truth to that statement.

When it comes to football, hats, Beer and MUSIC Festivals, Texans do it BIG, and do it RIGHT! Coaster Factory is excited to play a small part in this years' Untapped Dallas Indie Music & Beer Festival Saturday Sept 7th which will be held at Gilley's Dallas. Gilly's is located just south of the Dallas Convention Center on Lamar St., which is also home of the notable Urban Cowboy legacy memorabilia. This impressive event venue is truly a world-class entertainment space covering over 90,000 sq feet. With so many fantastic bands, suds and dancing fun, Untapped would need such a destined venue. More than 200 types of ales, lagers and stouts will be poured by more than 60-some craft breweries.

Featured local acts and headliners include: Dead Flowers, Larry g(EE), Dark Rooms, Delta Spirit, Freelance Whales, Cults, Blackalicious, and Leagues. 

Some of the well known craft beer brands include: Goose Island, Brooklyn Brewery, Sierra Nevada, Alaskan Brewing Co., Dogfish Head, Harpoon, Samuel Adams, Stone Brewing Co., Widmer Brothers and Texian Brewing, just to name a few.

Beer drinking (tasting) and indie music of course are the major highlights, but what about the grub? Luckily Untapped haven't forgotten about our stomachs. To serve up some tastey foodie items will be participating eateries Jack Mac's Swill & Grill, The Common Table along with a few notable food trucks onsite.

For a little social media interactive fun you can also "INTAGRAM Your Way Into UNTAPPED" 

All you need to do is follow @UNTAPPEDFEST on Twitter. Using the Instagram app take photo snaps of you and your friends posing with your favourite beers. Then post your photo to Twitter using the special Hashtag #UNTAPPEDDALLAS, include the #PUB NAME and the #BREWERY. Untapped will choose their favourite photos for a chance to win tickets to #UNTAPPEDDALLAS.
